June 20, 2018 —

Many home and business owners in Florida are still recovering from Hurricane Irma and the destructive hurricane season that hit the state last year (2017). This year’s hurricane season could be an even more destructive season, and CNN tells us “Get ready for an above-average hurricane season in 2018”. For Floridians, the Tampa Bay Times gives a stern warning for the 2018 hurricane season, “Watch out Florida: Forecasters predict active 2018 hurricane season”.

While most residents may already have generators, especially those who have been living in the Florida area for years, it is essential to ensure that they are working properly. Those that are not should either be repaired or replaced with a new standby generator. The Expert Electrician Tampa Team is one of Florida’s trusted and leading electrical contractors in the Tampa area and has already started making their rounds across the state inspecting their clients’ electrical systems and installing new generators.

Make sure to invest in a reliable generator

Installing a standby generator is no “Do It Yourself” project for a novice.
