August 8, 2018 / / —

Be it a simple letter which is a rare commodity these days though, a telegram, imperative documents, or anything, but the truth is in this world of constant communication, couriers and posts still play a pivotal role despite the era of digital messaging which accounts for a huge chunk of communications. But privacy, confidentiality issues and other loopholes have still kept organizations wary of sending sensitive information online such as bank documents, property papers etc. are still and probably always will be sent via post.

But with stuff happening at blazing speeds, it is not practical receiving posts at the same speed people used to have 10-15 years back, which is why speed post and air mail came in. Even still, only a handful companies have been able to live up to the standards for a speed post. This is why the need for more sophisticated, professional, trustworthy and affordable service providers is needed.

With guaranteed on time delivery anywhere across the world, Tien Viet Express is emerging as one of the contenders in the shipping and postal delivery field. Being the primary collection agent for delivery giants such as DHL, FEDEX etc. in the country, one can imagine the stature of the company. Not only this, but the company also tops the charts in express delivery of food, cosmetics, medicines etc. in the US, Canada and Australia. Factors which have given a turbo boost to the company in carving its way to success.

The factor that has motivated more customers to try out the company is the efficiency and delicacy with which their goods are handled. The “fragile” or “handle with care” is not just a mere sticker, but rather a sign of trust that people are placing in them and more than that, it is the sense of responsibility which makes the service even more professional. On the outside it may seem effortless, but the agents know and understand what “customer satisfaction” means and the precise nature of the job to handle and transport all types of materials – paper, glass, medicine, ornate statues, pet animals, anything customers name across the world without any damage done.

In the event, recipients are not available at home during the time of delivery, the delivery guy puts out a notice on their gate to notify them for a delivery attempt and to further collect their parcel from their nearest office. Also in case, if the parcel is damaged one way or another, they can most certainly refuse to take delivery and the entire cost incurred on the parcel shall be refunded as soon as possible.
